Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mail boxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one email box to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and secure your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
